Domestic Orders Most all domestic orders are processed and ship directly from our supplier factories in Arkansas or Florida within 2 business days from when the order was placed (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders are processed Monday through Friday and ALL ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Please keep this in mind when selecting your shipping options.
All order status communication is done via email, so it is important that your email address is accurate and current. In addition, we will also notify you by e-mail if there was an issue with filling your order.
There may be times when your order arrives in different packages because they come from different supplier factories.
Most USPS-shipped products are sent either as First Class or Priority mail. If it's one product, it will be usually be First Class Mail. Multiple products usually come by Priority Mail. You should expect delivery at your door within 7-9 days of the ship date, if not sooner, by either method.
USPS orders do not have a tracking number and are not covered by insurance.
We also ship via Federal Express (FedEx). At checkout, you can select 1, 2 or 3 day FedEx delivery. PLEASE NOTE: FedEx will NOT ship to a Post Office Box. If you use a Post Office Box, you must select ground USPS shipping.
All shipping charges are calculated automatically in the shopping cart and vary by items and weight.
Overseas Orders Canadian and all overseas shipments are sent USPS International and the shipping fee is based on weight. Products shipped outside the US may take as long as 4-8 weeks for delivery. Most don't take that long. But some do. We have no control over overseas shipments. Any extra customs or duty fees are the responsibility of the customer. Because of widespread fraud involving international orders, we reserve the right to refuse international orders based on recommendations from our security department.
